We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Area Supervisor / Account Supervisor (Field Supervisor) to lead and oversee luxury condominium janitorial services in Dade and Broward Counties. Compensation
$20.00 to $23.00 per hour (depending on experience) + Car Allowance + Performance Bonuses
Duties
- Oversee daily janitorial operations across designated luxury condominium sites, ensuring all cleaning standards are met or exceeded.
- Supervise and motivate cleaning teams, providing training and guidance to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, residents, and clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed.
- Address client concerns promptly, resolving issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven supervising or management experience in janitorial, custodial, or hospitality services within luxury residential or commercial settings.
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques including commercial cleaning and housekeeping management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple sites efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
