Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and personalized assistance throughout their stay
- Manage all front desk operations including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries using property management systems such as PEP or similar platforms
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and efficient call routing
- Conduct night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring all records are accurate and complete
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor
- Enforce hotel policies and emergency procedures to maintain safety and security for guests and staff
- Maintain a tidy, organized front desk area while managing administrative tasks such as logging incidents or special requests
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially PEP or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is a plus
- Previous resort experience or hotel experience that demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced environments is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, problem-solving, and team collaboration
