Part-Time Engraver – Brookside Jewelry
Brookside Jewelry is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Engraver to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with engraving experience who enjoys precision work and providing excellent customer service.
Position Details
- Part-time position (approximately 10 hours per week)
- Flexible hours with a semi-consistent weekly schedule
- Hourly pay
- Experience with engraving preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform engraving on jewelry, gifts, watches, and other customer items using both laser and computerized engraving equipment
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all engraving work
- Communicate with team members regarding engraving requests and timelines
- Assist with watch battery replacements and basic jewelry store tasks as needed
- Maintain engraving equipment and keep work area organized
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous engraving experience preferred
- Experience operating laser engraving and/or computerized engraving equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable learning new tasks and assisting in other areas of the store
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
