Bilingual Dental Assistant – Cross-Trained / Growth Opportunity
Pay: $23–$28 per hour, based on experience and skills
We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and professional Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has dental assisting experience, and is flexible and interested in being cross-trained to support both the clinical and front-office sides of the practice as needed.
Responsibilities

Chairside assisting during dental procedures

Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms

Sterilization and infection-control procedures

Taking digital X-rays and other clinical duties within your qualifications

Providing excellent patient care and communication

Helping maintain an organized and efficient clinical area

Assisting the front office when needed

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Answering phones and communicating professionally with patients

Learning insurance verification, treatment coordination, and other front-office responsibilities

Working collaboratively with the entire dental team
Qualifications

Dental assisting experience required; 2+ years preferred

Fluent English and Spanish

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, dependable, organized, and punctual

Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment

Flexible and willing to help wherever needed

Interested in learning and being cross-trained in both front and back office

Previous front-office dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Experience with dental software is a plus
