Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control operations, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, customer service skills, sales, and the ability to work independently in various environments.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, spray equipment, and power tools.
- Provide clients with recommendations for pest prevention and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used.
- Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of services.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective pest management strategies.
- Educate clients on the importance of pest control and lawn care practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in pest management.
Qualifications
- Pest Control License: Applicators, Field Rep (Looking for Branch 2 or Branch 3)
- **For candidates pursuing a Branch 3 license, we provide study support and will help coordinate and schedule the exam. **
- Previous experience in pest control
- Willingness to learn new information and apply it effectively in the field.
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service benefits to clients.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to pest control tasks.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
