Responsibilities
- Utilize the latest in diagnostic equipment to accurately pinpoint vehicle issues
- Conduct vehicle inspections & alert management to repair needs
- Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage/malfunctions
- Test drive vehicles & test components/systems using equipment such as infrared engine analyzers, compression gauges, and computerized diagnostic devices
- Apply certified/approved assembly, disassembly and repair procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Equipment Technician or similar role in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to repairs and maintenance.
- Effective communication skills for documenting work and collaborating with team members.
