The Junior Sales Representative role is an entry-level, in-person, customer-facing role where you'll work directly with residential customers throughout assigned neighborhoods. As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll introduce Quantum Fiber internet services, answer customer questions, explain available plans and promotions, and help customers enroll in services that fit their household needs. No previous telecommunications experience is required—we provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for advancement based on performance.
What You'll Do as a Junior Sales Representative
- Meet directly with residential customers throughout assigned communities
- Introduce Quantum Fiber internet services, fiber connectivity solutions, and current promotions
- Explain available internet plans, pricing, speeds, and service features
- Help customers compare service options based on their household needs and daily internet usage
- Assist with customer enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates
- Answer customer questions while delivering excellent customer service
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily sales activity
- Work alongside your team to achieve customer acquisition and sales goals
Junior Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Enjoys working directly with customers
- Prior Junior Sales Representative or sales position experience is a plus
- Likes meeting new people and building relationships
- Wants to develop experience in sales, customer service, account management, telecommunications, and business development
- Is motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Has previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, food service, warehouse, or sales (helpful but not required)
