Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our lawn care team in maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of a lawn maintenance crew, supervise one crew member, and ensure high-quality workmanship across our maintenance accounts. Your expertise in landscape maintenance will drive the success of our projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate with our office and our landscaping crew to complete the work efficiently and safely
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities for our lawn care crew
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all operations
- Provide guidance on landscaping techniques, horticulture practices, and quality control to crew members
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients when needed and our office to ensure quality workmanship
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers license in the state of pennsylvania
- Reliable transportation to work every day
- Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, gardening, or horticulture
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; capable of lifting heavy equipment or materials as needed

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
