Summary
West End Auto Works is a family-owned and operated auto repair and service shop located in west Houston near the Energy Corridor, founded in 1999. Our shop was built on honest diagnostics for our customers, and genuine respect for our employees. We don't oversell work, and we don't string our people along with vague promises by backing up what we say; especially when it comes to your growth here.
We are looking to add a motivated and proven General Service/B-Level Technician to our team! Specifically, a General Service Technician ready to develop into a B-level Technician OR a B-level technician ready to work in a shop where you're paid fairly for both your productivity and time (guarantee with flaggable hours). Either way, you are joining a team where your path forward is written down before you start, where senior techs and ownership mentor their expertise, and where we measure success by the quality of the diagnosis and satisfying our customer's problems, not just the speed of the invoice.
