Bilingual Sales Representative — Wine & Spirits
Deluxe Wine & Spirits is looking for a motivated bilingual English/Spanish Sales Representative to help grow our wine and spirits portfolio with licensed retail and on-premise accounts.
This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity. It is a strong fit for freelancers, independent sales professionals, and experienced beverage reps who already call on accounts and have room to represent one more complementary portfolio.
The right person is organized, professional, self-managed, and comfortable building relationships with liquor stores, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and independent retailers.
What You’ll Do
- Sell wine, spirits, and beverage products to licensed accounts in your territory.
- Open new accounts and grow existing account relationships.
- Present products professionally and follow company-approved sales materials.
- Submit orders with complete account, SKU, quantity, and delivery information.
- Communicate customer needs, market feedback, and reorder opportunities.
- Maintain simple activity notes and follow up consistently.
- Work within company pricing, credit, compliance, and delivery policies.

Requirements
- Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
- Must be professional, reliable, and self-managed.
- Wine, spirits, beverage, hospitality, or wholesale sales experience preferred.
- Existing relationships with liquor stores, restaurants, bars, or retail accounts are a plus.
- Must be comfortable working on a 1099 commission-only basis.
- Must have reliable transportation and phone/email access.
- Must follow all alcohol sales, compliance, pricing, and account approval rules.
- Must be 21 years or older.

Compensation
This is a commission-only role. There is no base salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed draw. Commission details are provided during the onboarding process and must be confirmed in writing before starting.
