Responsibilities:
1. Perform the daily work activities of Facilities Maintenance as laid out by the Supervisor to meet contract requirements. At a minimum these will be services requested by our customer and will include; landscaping services, mowing, trimming, sweeping, and blowing.
2. Work with the Supervisor and Manager of Facilities Maintenance to promote the perception of the department through customer satisfaction.
3. Work closely with the assigned Supervisor, Facilities Maintenance, and the Manager to coordinate all projects.
4. Perform duties in a manner that is conducive to maximizing both productivity and efficiency.
5. Maintain control over all equipment, materials and security devices that are assigned to your location.
6. Maintain record of hours worked, task assigned and reasons for overtime if required and approved.
7. Comply with safety policies and procedures for safety of self and others.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or by
designated Supervisor or Manager.
9. Must be able to use a zero turn Lawn Mower.
Qualifications:
1. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
2. Able to lift in excess of 50 pounds properly.
3. Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation and have and maintain a driving record in accordance with Human Technologies’ Liability/Automotive Insurance carrier.
4. Must pass any required federal, state, municipality, and/or customer-specific background checks.
