We are looking for highly organized sales reps with years of experience in the healthcare industry (products and/or services), proactive and always in the know of what's new in the field. Reach for new revenue-generating heights! We'll help you but you are your own boss for the most part.
Your knowledge of the healthcare industry combined with your network of physicians, medical centers, ALFs and nursing homes as well as with communication skills and analytic abilities shapes how LabFlorida grows. You leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate and persuade new customers to embrace our lab services and technologies. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide outstanding client service and develop long term relationships with your accounts. You anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your key clients.
Generates revenue by developing market potential through lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new niches for our clinical lab services.
- Identifies, targets, engages and qualifies new accounts.
- Initiates sales process by developing sales cycle and call frequency; scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Maintains accounts and ensures steady flow of business. Increases the profitability of existing accounts by analyzing profitability, product and service portfolio and communicating ongoing plans with customers.
- Builds relationships at multiple levels within the account (e.g., physician, office staff); with internal support staff and with operations to maximize efficiency of processes.
- Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new tests and services.
- Implements value centric selling systems on all sales calls, develop the "Why LabFlorida" message and knowledge of all connectivity products (web portal, e-orders, etc.)
- Recommends new niches and opportunities and identifies needs to be filled.
We are an independent reference lab with the mission to provide superior quality service for physicians and their patients. Every employee and every customer is important. The staff is small, the pace is fast but customer service and individual attention to every account is a priority.
