As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities, helping them live fuller, more independent lives. This role is about connection, trust, and showing up for someone in meaningful ways every day.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting individuals with daily activities like meal prep, personal care, and household tasks
Encouraging independence, confidence, and self-advocacy
Helping individuals participate in community activities, employment, and social opportunities
Following individual support plans and health or behavioral strategies
Ensuring safety, dignity, and respect at all times
Communicating openly with supervisors and completing basic documentation
Who We’re Looking For
Kind, dependable, and patient people who genuinely care
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to pass PA background clearances
Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team
Experience with IDD is a plus, but not required (we provide training)
Many great DSPs come from volunteer backgrounds, education, healthcare, ministry, or simply from having a big heart.
Schedule & Pay
Flexible scheduling (daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available)
Part-time and full-time opportunities
Competitive hourly pay based on experience (paid weekly!)
