Here's the deal. A lot of good folks find us before they're really ready to make a move. They're a year out, maybe two. They're about to retire, or a have a new job opportunity in the Upstate, or a kid to finish out the school year. We have a great conversation, they tell us to holler back down the road, and then, well, you know how it goes. Life gets loud and we lose touch for a while.
We need somebody whose whole job is to go find those folks and pick the conversation right back up.
Now we're not talking about cold calling strangers. Every one of these people raised their hand and reached out to us at some point. So nobody's arm needs twisting. What matters is being the kind of person somebody's genuinely glad to hear from on a random Tuesday, six or nine months down the line. You call them up, you catch up like a real human being, you figure out where they're at now and what's changed, and when the timing is finally right, you get them on the calendar with one of our agents to take it from there.
That's really the whole thing.
Here's how it shakes out:
- Part-time to start. We're building this seat out fresh, so it might grow quick or hold steady a while. We'll let the work tell us.
- Hybrid. Some time in the office here in Greenville, some from home, on a schedule we build together. The one standing must is our Tuesday team meeting.
- Base salary plus bonus.
- You've gotta be comfortable with technology and AI tools. We lean on them around here, and you will too.
- Coachable, and not weird about it. We listen back to calls and give real, honest feedback. That's how everybody here gets better.
- Local to Greenville and the Upstate is a big plus. No real estate license required.
