[North Lynnwood] Full-Time Lead Cook | Good Pay + Bonus | Sundays Off
Sweet Radish is a chicken and chicken sandwich restaurant looking for a full-time Lead Cook / Main Cook to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is not just looking for a job, but someone who has the potential, responsibility, and work ethic to grow with us long-term.
Position Details
- Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
- Up to 50 hours per week may be available by mutual agreement
- Sundays off
- Sick pay provided
- Pay is based on experience and ability and will be discussed during the interview
- Competitive pay for the right candidate
- Additional bonus available once you are established and recognized as a Lead Cook
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of kitchen experience
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced kitchen
- Energetic, positive, and passionate about restaurant work
- Responsible and dependable
- Works well with a team
- Quick learner with the potential to take on a leadership role
- Able to communicate in basic conversational English without major difficulty
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience is important, but we also highly value attitude, reliability, energy, responsibility, and the ability to grow into a strong kitchen leader.
We are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term position and is interested in growing with Sweet Radish.
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
