We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Toddler Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Providence, RI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and guiding toddlers through their critical developmental stages, creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment.
- Lead and manage the toddler classroom, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Observe and assess each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall goals of the program.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience as a lead toddler teacher or in a similar early childhood education role.
- Strong knowledge of toddler development and best teaching practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Relevant early childhood education credentials or certifications.
