Bartender Position — Full Time

Main Street Social is looking for an experienced full-time bartender to join our team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers excellent hospitality, and has strong knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
Schedule:Wednesday through Saturday4:30 PM – Close
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Prior bartending experience required
- Experience making craft cocktails
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Experience using POS systems
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Must maintain a professional, welcoming, and attentive attitude
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally
- Must understand responsible alcohol service, including identifying intoxication and refusing service safely when necessary
- Must be able to provide references and previous employment history
Essential Skills
- Product knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktails
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- High stamina and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with reliable attendance
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
