Inventory Specialist
LACOSTA is hiring an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our warehouse team in Corinth, MS. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with weekly pay, consistent hours, and the opportunity to start quickly.
Job Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)
Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring raw material levels, and supporting warehouse and production operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of all raw materials

Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages

Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventories

Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse and assigned areas

Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Address inventory and operational issues in a timely and professional manner

Represent LACOSTA in a professional, reliable, and integrity-based manner at all times

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity

Actively participate in complete and accurate shift-change communications

Work closely with warehouse, production, and leadership teams Other duties as assigned

Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred

MUST be able to pass background check and drug screening

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic computer and inventory system knowledge preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout an 8-hour shift

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

Must wear required PPE (LACOSTA shirt, steel-toed boots, long pants, safety gear)

Remove all jewelry and accessories while on the floor
