Bright Future Child Enrichment Center, located in Erlanger, Kentucky, is looking to hire 1 new candidate for the Center Opener/Educational Break Coordinator Position. The hours needed for this position are M-F from 7:00 am -3:30 pm. This is a full-time position and allows for the opportunity for overtime weekly.
We are looking for a self-motivated, highly reliable individual who shows a genuine love for working with children. You will assist other staff with opening duties for the center each day, so being reliable each day is a MUST.We need to add a hard-working, career-oriented individual to our team, but you must have an immaculate work ethic as well. References will be checked! DO NOT apply for this position if you cannot consistently work your 40 hour per week shift.
Center Opener/Educational Break Coordinator responsibilities are as follows:
-When filling in for Educators, you will follow their pre-written lesson plans.
-Minor Lifting.
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and your fellow staff.
-Ability to instruct young children on learning new tasks.
-Assist with breaks that are on time and accurate.
-Take all training courses and maintain 15 hours of professional development each year.
-Become cross-trained in all classrooms and the teaching styles within them.
-Keep up with light cleaning and laundry duties.
-Learn all the steps to properly greet, become familiar with, and soothe both kids as well as parents in the mornings during drop-off. This is a crucial time period, and smiling, happy, upbeat attitudes are needed! This quality is a MUST.
