We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Contractors to partner with us for residential and commercial cleaning services. As a 1099 contractor, you will enjoy the flexibility while delivering top-tier cleaning and sanitation services to our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleaning: Perform thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning of both residential and commercial spaces.
Health & Safety Compliance: Implement strict cleaning and sanitation protocols to ensure health and safety standards are consistently met or exceeded. Laundry
Management: Efficiently manage laundry tasks as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
Safe Chemical Use: Ensure the proper, safe, and effective application of various cleaning detergents and chemicals.
Requirements Business Essentials: Must carry your own active General Liability Insurance.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation, active auto insurance, and a valid ID.
Background Check:Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy lifting safely (up to 50 lbs) and perform the physical tasks required for professional cleaning.
Work Style: Proven ability to work efficiently alone without direction, while also being adaptable enough to work effectively within a team.
Core Skills: Excellent time management and strong, proactive communication skills.
