Golf Lounge 18, a premier indoor golf facility is seeking an enthusiastic person who is experienced in golf / customer service to join our team at our location in Nanuet, NY. You will be responsible for delivering an enjoyable experience for all visitors by providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests in check-in and check-out process
- Help players understand golf (Trackman) technology, as needed
- Assist with the round setup and events
- Communicate with golfers throughout and build relation
- Assist with ordering and serving of food and drinks.
- Answers phone professionally and assist customers with booking a bay time over the phone
- Comply with best practices and operational guidelines set by Golf Lounge.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the facility manager.
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ (this position involves handling alcohol)
- Must have 1-3 years of customer service experience in golf / bartending, other hospitality-related fields
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be organized, efficient and detail-oriented
- Must be enthusiastic about working with people and have a strong customer service background.
