Reset Wellness Studio is Madison’s destination for recovery and relaxation — featuring float therapy, contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge), and red light therapy. Our mission is simple: help people reset their bodies and refresh their minds.
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable team member to help create an amazing experience for our guests. The Reset Attendant supports both the front desk and the upkeep of all the rooms — greeting clients, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the space calm, organized, and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Reset float, sauna, contrast and red-light rooms between sessions (cleaning, restocking, tidying)
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the studio
- Answer phone calls, manage bookings, and handle light retail or membership transactions
- Assist with daily opening and closing tasks
Qualifications
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and organized
- Comfortable in a calm, spa-like environment
- Evening and weekend availability
- Previous spa, fitness, or hospitality experience is a plus — but not required
