We’re a fast-growing pool service company in the Phoenix area looking for a reliable, detail-oriented technician to join the team.
This is not a “just clean the pool and move on” job. We take pride in doing things the right way - clean pools, properly balanced water, and equipment that actually works. If you care about doing solid work and want to get better at a real trade, you’ll do well here.
You’ll be working independently most days, managing your own route, and interacting directly with customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Weekly pool service (skimming, brushing, vacuuming, baskets, filter checks)
- Testing and balancing water chemistry
- Identifying issues with equipment or water quality
- Communicating clearly with customers when something needs attention
- Keeping clean, organized service logs (we use software for this)
- Occasionally assisting with repairs or installs
What we’re looking for:
- Someone reliable who shows up and takes ownership of their route
- Comfortable working outdoors in the Arizona heat
- Strong attention to detail (small mistakes matter in pool care)
- Good with customers—clear, professional communication
- Basic mechanical aptitude (we’ll train you, but you should be comfortable using tools)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Nice to have (but not required):
- Pool service experience
- Experience with pumps, filters, heaters, etc.
