```Duties:```
- Provide direct care and assistance to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare and serve meals to residents, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with medication management and administration as directed by healthcare professionals
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote a safe and supportive environment
- Engage residents in social activities and provide emotional support
- Maintain a clean and organized living space for residents
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for their needs
- Familiarity with social work principles and techniques
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus
- Ability to prepare nutritious meals and accommodate dietary restrictions
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations
