This is you if:
- You have a deep passion for specialty coffee (roastery or café background is a big plus)
- You love the thrill of building relationships and closing deals
- You're self-driven — you don't need someone pushing you to stay motivated
- You're comfortable getting hands-on with equipment and helping customers get set up
- You have 1–2 years of B2B sales or 2+ years in a customer-facing role
What you'll do:
- Build and grow a portfolio of specialty coffee roasters across North America
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
- Travel to customer sites for installations and training
- Represent SOVDA at key industry events like the SCA Expo
Qualifications:
- Experience in technical sales or a related role with a proven track record of hitting targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you build rapport quickly and relationships that last
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to get hands-on with equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repair
- Proven experience in outbound sales, networking, and relationship building
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (we use HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of the specialty coffee industry
- MacOS computer, cell phone, and high-speed internet required
What you'll earn:
- Base salary+ Commission:
- Target earnings: $90,000

Location: Must reside in Northwest Arkansas. Regular time in the office and attendance at industry events will be expected.
