Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
- Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist guests with their needs, including room assignments, special requests, and local information
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
- Process payments securely and accurately while adhering to hotel policies
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with front desk operations helpful but we will train.
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and courtesy
