Are you an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer or Showroom Sales Professional with an existing network of contractors, designers, architects, builders, or developers?
Amaro Design Center is a luxury remodeling showroom serving homeowners and industry professionals throughout Southern California. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, full-home remodeling, ADUs, additions, and premium finish materials.
We are looking for a highly motivated designer who enjoys more than just creating beautiful spaces. This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting clients, building long-term relationships, selling design services, growing trade accounts, and helping expand a luxury design showroom.
If you've worked in a cabinet showroom, flooring showroom, tile showroom, plumbing showroom, stone supplier, kitchen & bath design studio, luxury furniture showroom, or interior design firm, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist walk-in showroom clients
- Design kitchens, bathrooms, and full-home remodeling projects
- Prepare design presentations, finish selections, and material packages
- Sell interior design services
- Sell cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, doors, hardware, and other finish materials
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, builders, and developers
- Develop new trade accounts and grow existing relationships
- Network within the design and construction community
- Follow up with clients and close showroom sales
- Work closely with our remodeling and construction teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of kitchen & bath design, interior design, or showroom sales experience
- Experience working in a cabinet showroom, kitchen & bath showroom, flooring showroom, tile showroom, plumbing showroom, luxury furniture showroom, or similar environment
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience preparing design boards and finish selections
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with high-end clientele
- Existing relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, builders, or developers are highly preferred
- Experience generating repeat business and referrals

Compensation
- Competitive base salary (based on experience)
- Uncapped commission on design services and showroom sales

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
