- Monday-Friday work schedule
- Diagnose and repair drivability concerns, engine performance issues, and complex electrical systems
- Perform work efficiently and accurately according to repair orders
- Communicate with service advisors and parts team for seamless workflow
- Document all work performed and recommended repairs
- Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay current with manufacturer bulletins and technical training
- Mentor apprentice technicians when assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Follow all OSHA, EPA, and dealership safety policies
- Proven drivability and diagnostic expertise
- Ford certification required
- Previous automotive service technician experience (minimum 3-5 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
