Join our growing team as an AT&T Wireless Team Member, where you’ll represent AT&T products and services directly to local businesses throughout San Diego. This is an in-person role focused on building relationships, generating new accounts, and driving sales growth for AT&T.
As an AT&T Wireless Team Member, you’ll work with clients and decision-makers to identify their wireless needs and recommend tailored AT&T solutions. We provide hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and a team-oriented environment designed to help every AT&T Wireless Team Member succeed and advance.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Wireless Team Member
- Prospect and engage local businesses to promote AT&T Wireless products and services
- Conduct in-person presentations and consultations with business owners
- Generate new business accounts and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline
- Educate clients on AT&T plans, devices, and business solutions
- Close sales and manage accounts from initial outreach through activation
- Collaborate with leadership and other AT&T Wireless Team Members to hit team goals
- Stay current on AT&T offerings, promotions, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Wireless Team Member
- Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face B2B sales
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with interest in sales growth
- Ability to build relationships with business owners and professionals
- Coachable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,200.00 per month
