Pool Service Technicians are the most important positions in any Poseidon Pool Service office. Pool Cleaning Techs are motivated, self-starters with strong communication skills.
Poseidon Pool Service offers on site and ride along training for inexperienced techs and no experience is required for this position but deductive reasoning skills are necessary. We will train you to effectively and efficiently care for an maintain a swimming pool as well as provide high quality customer service to our clients.
Service Technicians regularly have opportunity for growth within their position, as well as within the organization, whether you want to manage your own team or department, our organization fosters the growth of each individual employee to elevate them to their highest potential while interacting as part of a team and learning amazing life skills.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- Obtain water readings and adjust water chemistry from given instructions
- Inspect all equipment and verify proper functionality, make minor repairs when necessary
- Brush walls and floors of pool and spa; Net and remove all unwanted objects from pool and spa
- Use our custom smart phone app to communicate all services performed and special notes
- Perform basic mechanical skills (i.e. use screwdrivers, disassemble pool cleaners, etc.)
- Represent the company in a professional manner. Always respect the customer and their property
Ideal candidates should be dependable, hard-working, in good physical health, and able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs. A valid driver’s license, clear driving record and background are required. Must have reliable transportation. If you are looking for an excellent career and steady work, please apply!
