Available Shift Schedules:
Provide personalized, hands-on care including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing
Support with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
Offer medication reminders or assist with medications per RN guidance
Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring
Offer emotional support, companionship, and meaningful engagement
Collaborate with the care team and keep care plans updated
Always uphold the dignity and rights of each client
1+ year caregiving experience is preferred (experience in healthcare or home care a plus) but not required
Knowledge of basic health and personal care practices
Compassionate, patient and dependable
Able to work independently or as part of a care team
Valid Driver’s License and reliable, insured vehicle required
Must pass MDHS background check
