Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in a nightclub setting, and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests while ensuring that all food handling and sanitation standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the OpenTable system or similar technology.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and overall dining environment by following sanitation protocols.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in math calculations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests from guests.
- Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, checking in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with training new staff members on service standards and procedures as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a casual dining or high-energy environment.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity with culinary concepts is a plus but not required.
- **Must be at least 18 years old to serve**
