Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate General Dentist to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will share our dedication to providing top-quality dental care and be committed to enhancing the oral health and overall well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations to assess patients' oral health
- Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and issues, including but not limited to cavities, gum disease, and oral infections
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs and concerns
- Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care techniques
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and exceptional service delivery
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using our electronic dental software system
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state Dental License in good standing
- Proven experience working as a General Dentist
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
