Genesis of Conshohocken is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lot Attendant. This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance of our luxury dealership and ensuring our vehicle inventory is organized, secure, and ready for our guests.
As a Lot Attendant, you'll work closely with our Inventory and Sales Managers to support daily operations, maintain vehicle displays, and help deliver the premium experience Genesis customers expect.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the dealership lot, display areas, and customer-facing spaces, including trash removal and general upkeep

Organize and manage vehicle inventory on-site and at designated storage locations

Receive and stock incoming vehicles

Tag, organize, and secure vehicle keys

Move, park, and stage vehicles as needed for sales, deliveries, and events

Assist sales and management teams with inventory-related tasks

Ensure vehicles are properly positioned and presentation-ready at all times

Respond quickly to changing priorities and dealership needs
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License with a clean driving record and insurable by the dealership's insurance carrier

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
