The Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Guam (CCCG) is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and service-oriented Part-Time Administrator to support the daily operations of the Chamber and provide administrative assistance to the Board of Directors, members, and committees.

Position Details
- Position: Part-Time Administrator
- Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour
- Benefits: This is a part-time position with no employee benefits.
- Work Schedule: Flexible, with occasional evening and weekend hours required for Chamber meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chamber's day-to-day administrative operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, sponsors, and the public.
- Coordinate Board meetings, committee meetings, and Chamber events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain membership records and process new memberships and renewals.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and assist with maintaining accurate financial records in coordination with the Treasurer and accountant.
- Coordinate sponsorships and assist with fundraising activities.
- Manage the Chamber's website, social media platforms, and email communications.
- Maintain office files, supplies, and administrative records.
- Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and committees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or office support experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is an advantage.
- Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience coordinating meetings and events is preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Reliable transportation is required for occasional bank deposits, office errands, meetings, and event coordination.
- Must be available to attend occasional evening Board meetings, networking mixers, and Chamber events.
