The Cybersecurity Technician will assist in managing our customer's cybersecurity infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have an excellent knowledge of cybersecurity activities, be aware of risks, know how to apply security policies to production environments, and have good threat hunting techniques. Additionally, the candidate should be able to assist in managing security consoles for products categories such as antivirus, EDR/XDR, DNS filters, spam filters, anti-phishing filters, dark web monitors, SAT, and others as deemed necessary by the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing security consoles for various cybersecurity products.
- Monitor and respond to security alerts and events.
- Conduct security investigations and assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Assist in managing the organization's security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure security integration and compatibility with other systems.
- Maintain security documentation, including diagrams, policies, procedures, and asset management.
- Provide support for end-users.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cybersecurity awareness programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
