Job Description $80k-$90k / 1st year (base + commission)
Proof Pest Control is expanding! We’re looking for driven, outgoing, and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Commercial Sales Representatives. This is a great opportunity to get in at the start of an exciting new program and build a rewarding career in a rapidly growing industry.
What You’ll Do
- Promote Proof Pest Control services to commercial customers through in-person inspections and sales while educating customers on our effective pest solutions
- Build customer relationships through excellent communication
- Collaborate with the service and branch teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $40,000 annually, 1 year expected salary $80k-$90k based on 10% commissions (uncapped earning potential)
- Performance Bonuses:
- $1,000/month gap bonus for your first 3 months ($3,000 total)
- $5,000 bonus after $500K in annual sales
- $10,000 bonus after $750K in annual sales
- $20,000 bonus after $1M in annual sales
What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated and competitive personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Prior experience in sales and/or customer service
- Prior experience in pest control (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license for 3 years, and clean driving record
Work location: in the field 70% / Office 30%
