Grand Prairie Ford is a Top 100 Ford Dealer in the Nation and a Top 100 Ford Credit Dealer, and we are looking for a proven New Car Sales Manager to join our team.
This is a high-volume store with a strong sales team, strong culture, and real opportunity for someone who knows how to lead, structure deals, and develop people.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Desking and structuring deals at a high level
- Holding the sales team accountable to daily expectations
- Training and developing salespeople to improve performance
- Driving both volume and gross
Leading from the front on the sales floor

Schedule
- 5-day work week
- Open and closing shifts
- Every Saturday required
Compensation
