We are looking for a critical project team member responsible for organizing, processing and controlling project activities. The required individual will report directly to the lead Project Manager.
- Overall coordination of projects under the direction of lead Project Manager
- Coordination, preparation and maintenance of all incoming and outgoing project related correspondence and documentation as related to all projects
- Manage and track proposals, change orders, bid related paperwork and tasks
- Process RFI’s, drawings and submittals, purchase orders, certificates of insurance, job closeout packages, file creation, filing, faxes, mail, etc.
- Orders and prepares samples for general contractors
- Effectively communicate project timelines and status to team
- Daily vendor and client relations
