We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Automotive Titling Clerk & Accountant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with dealership administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Automotive Titling
- Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and timely.
- Submit title applications to the Missouri Department of Revenue and out-of-state agencies as needed.
- Verify legal transfer of documents for vehicle sales.
- Maintain title records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Resolve title discrepancies and follow up on outstanding paperwork.
- Process dealer trades, lien releases, and duplicate title requests.
Accounting
- Post vehicle deals accurately into the CRM.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and dealership invoices.
- Prepare daily deposits and maintain financial records.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Maintain vendor files and process invoices.
- Support payroll and other accounting functions.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership titling experience required.
- Experience with dealership accounting.
- Knowledge of different state vehicle title and registration procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with dealership management software such as DealerCenter
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday 9am-5pm
- Saturday 10am-4pm
