Summary:
This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. This position reports directly to CS Shipping.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a safe working record and environment

Immediately communicate unsafe conditions, acts or injuries to Shipping Manager
-
Practice proper forklift and yard vehicle operation and preventive maintenance
-
Daily check all inventory transactions from the material handlers
-
Maintain and build job skills through company training programs
-
Unload and receive all products and distribute
-
Process all RMA’s including inspections and delivery of product to correct location
-
On a weekly bases maintain safety committee responsibilities
-
Conduct cycle-counts
-
Ensure proper product rotation
-
Maintain paperwork and product transfers
-
Finished Goods quality inspections
-
Promote good customer service
-
Conduct weekly forklift inspections
-
Assist with any and all safety training for employees

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Experience:
-
1-2 years of forklift experience
-
Previous customer service and/or warehouse experience
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 75 pounds
-
Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time in extreme temperatures

Position requires full range of body motion including twisting, bending, reaching, squatting, and the ability to mount/dismount industrial equipment

Ability to use hands, arms, and legs to physically handle and transport finished goods
