Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced, organized, and client-focused Project Manager to oversee high-end residential remodeling and custom home projects from preconstruction through completion.
This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating trades, managing budgets, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties
- Manage residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Manage change orders and project documentation.
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor quality and progress.
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the construction process.
- Work closely with designers, architects, and the job foreman to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify and resolve issues to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Oversee project closeout, including punch lists and final walkthroughs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience in residential construction.
- Experience managing custom homes or high-end remodeling projects preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing.
- Experience with project scheduling and budgeting.
- Proficient with technology; experience with project management software (JobTread or similar) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
