Overview
We are looking for as a Sales Associates and become a vital part of delivering exceptional customer experiences! This is a phone sales position. You have to be highly motivated and energetic. You will leverage your sales expertise, product knowledge, and leadership skills to inspire customers, promote our offerings, and ensure smooth operations. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will drive sales growth while fostering exsisting relationships while developing new ones with potential investors. Duties
- Engage customers with friendly, professional communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable investment opportunities
- Experience with CRM is a plus but not needed and very easily taught
- Upsell additional items or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with new and existing investors, ensuring clear and courteous interactions.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Proven phone sales experience with a strong understanding of CRM systems.
- Supervising or leadership experience a plus but not needed
- Be able to dial a phone 100-300 times per day
- Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases with effective communication.
- Familiarity with real estate investments will give an advantage but not necessary.
- Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are essential for success in this role.
