JOB COACH- Job Summary
The Job Coach provides support and positive role-modeling for clients with developmental disabilities in community jobs; assists clients at job training sites; and provides work instructions through verbal instructions, demonstration, and actual job performance. The Job Coach will work with supervision from the Supported Employment Director.
JOB COACH- Job Description
- Ability to provide job coaching, support, and positive role-modeling for clients with developmental disabilities at work training or community employment sites.
- Ability to utilize fading techniques to gradually withdraw support and modeling.
- Complete and submit documentation in a timely manner – daily, weekly, monthly, or as requested.
JOB COACH- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or 1 year experience
- Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle
- Yearly CPR/First Aid
- Pre-employment drug test
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
