Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through door-to-door outreach, networking events, and community engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers by providing exceptional customer service and technical sales support.
- Utilize CRM software such as Sharebuilder to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on sales prospects efficiently.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close deals that benefit both the customer and the company.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, especially in media sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Sharebuilder or other CRM tools for managing sales pipelines.
- Experience in door-to-door sales or direct community outreach is advantageous.
