The California Surf Club isn’t just a social club or restaurant—it’s a 21,000 square-foot coastal compound - a home for our community – where incredible vibes, exceptional food + drink, and BeachLife culture collide. Located on the edge of the Pacific Ocean on the Redondo Waterfront, our public restaurant & bar is seamlessly integrated with a beach lifestyle social club offering truly unique experiences ranging from intimate performances, influential voices, activity workshops, community events, and more. After successfully launching BeachLife Festival in 2019, BeachLife Ranch in 2022, and BeachLife Grotto in 2024, California Surf Club is the next incredible chapter in our story.
Now, we’re seeking passionate, dedicated, and professional prep cooks/Dishwashers to join our team and help shape this one-of-a-kind destination.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A qualified Dishwasher candidate will possess a minimum of 6 months of restaurant experience in a high standard or chef driven concept, can follow specific direction, a self-starter, work clean, and is extremely organized. This position will be expected to live and respect our culture of soulful cuisine. This position must meet and exceed the expectations of our Guest, represent a professional kitchen, and be undeterred to practice and sharpen their craft.
Flexible breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend service availability is required. Chief among priorities are candidates who will blow our Guests away, those that love their craft, and a desire to work with incredible product.
