Compensation: $115k-$150k, based on experience
Overview
At Xerox, we’re redefining the future of workplace technology, manufacturing, and innovation. We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Senior Professional of Supply Chain Logistics to support the successful introduction of new products from development through full production ramp. In this role, you will partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure products are manufacturable, materials and processes are production-ready, and launches transition smoothly into sustained operations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments, communicates effectively across functions, and brings strong execution skills to complex product launch activities.
Key Responsibilities
New Product Introduction Execution
Support product launches through EVT, DVT, PVT, pilot, and production ramp phases
Track NPI schedules, deliverables, milestones, and action items
Coordinate cross-functional activities and follow up on key commitments
Escalate launch risks, gaps, and delays to NPI leadership as needed
Manufacturing Readiness
Support factory readiness initiatives including:
Process development and documentation
Work instruction and routing validation
Tooling, fixtures, and test equipment readiness
Participate in pilot builds, first article builds, and line validations
Engineering & Design Collaboration
Partner with Design Engineering to support DFM/DFA initiatives
Assist with ECO implementation during NPI phases
Ensure BOMs, routings, and product specifications are released accurately and on schedule
Supply Chain & Supplier Coordination
Support supplier readiness and qualification tracking
Assist with material availability and long-lead component management
Coordinate supplier sample builds and feedback activities
Quality & Yield Improvement
Support PFMEA, control plans, and validation activities
Assist with first-pass yield tracking and issue resolution
Help drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for launch issues
Documentation & Production Transition
Ensure NPI documentation is complete prior to Start of Production (SOP)
Support transition activities from NPI to Operations/Sustaining Engineering teams
Capture lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field or equivalent experience
2–6 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or NPI-related roles
Understanding of product development and manufacturing processes
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
A valid passport, or the ability to obtain one.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with hardware products and factory environments
Familiarity with EVT/DVT/PVT build phases
Experience with ERP/MRP systems
Experience supporting pilot builds and production ramps
