What You'll Do
· Lead, coach, and develop a team of New Home Sales Consultants to maximize sales performance and customer experience.
· Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and achievement of division sales goals.
· Monitor sales pipelines, conversion metrics, business ratios, and overall sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Oversee contract management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
· Monitor backlog activity and loan tracking to maintain smooth sales operations.
· Partner with Division Leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts aligned with business objectives.
· Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and retain top sales talent.
· Conduct regular performance coaching, feedback, and professional development discussions with team members.
· Evaluate employee performance and make compensation recommendations based on results.
· Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
· Prepare and submit sales activity reports and other business reporting as needed.
What You'll Need
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
· Valid driver's license.
· Minimum of seven years of related sales experience.
· At least three years of leadership or supervisory experience.
· Previous new home sales experience.
· Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales metrics and business performance data.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software.
· Any state-required licensing or certifications.
