Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Brick Mason .The Brick Mason will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and restoring structures using bricks, stones, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials. This role requires a strong understanding of construction plans, technical drawings, and safety protocols to ensure high-quality workmanship on a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive masonry experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and a commitment to safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to diverse building projects, including new constructions, renovations, restorations, and hardscape installations.
Responsibilities:
- Lay bricks, blocks, and tiles according to project specifications.
- Mix and apply mortar.
- Measure, cut, and align masonry materials.
- Build and repair walls, foundations, partitions, and fireplaces.
- Inspect completed work and identify needed repairs.
- Use masonry hand tools and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements:
- Previous masonry or construction experience.
- Ability to read measurements and follow plans.
- Knowledge of masonry tools and materials.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable transportation and attendance.
