Position Summary:
The Tank Loader/Material Handler is responsible for loading food ingredients into production tanks and supporting the production and packaging process. This is a physically demanding role that plays a key part in maintaining our standards for freshness, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load ingredients such as mayonnaise, buttermilk, and spices into production tanks
- Assist with bottling, labeling, and packaging as needed
- Operate and become familiar with production and warehouse equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, Stacker)
- Clean machinery and tanks as directed
- Follow all food safety and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete all required training within specified timelines
- Frequently work overtime, as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must demonstrate a commitment to food safety and quality standards
Supervision:
This position works under the general supervision of the Production Manager.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
